Continuous Improvement
All our work is subjected to a quality control process and the results are passed on to our translators and revisers. These in turn apply any new knowledge or information gained to continuously improve their work and move ahead in the pursuit of excellence.
Our continuous improvement process follows the classic PDCA cycle - Plan, Do, Check and Act:

PLAN
Understand the client’s objective. Plan, analyse and draft an action plan and allocate resources.
DO
Create and apply an appropriate methodology, in accordance with the action plan.
CHECK
Periodically monitor and evaluate results both internally and with clients. Evaluate processes and results, compare with objectives.
ACT
Act in accordance with the evaluation and the results obtained. Implement improvements.
We apply this continuous improvement process to our activities with a view to fulfilling our overall quality targets:
